ISSUE: Newly formed telecommunications regulations entity needed a national ICT strategy to implement a 10-year master plan set by the central government. This strategy was mandated to support national socioeconomic development goals.

SOLUTION: Devised a national ICT strategy based on a global benchmark exercise to institute leading practices.   The strategy was designed to integrate across all key sector functions including, education, health, financial services, security and government. Also identified, analyzed and strategized plans to adopt, grow and transform different technologies tailed to specific national requirements.

CASE: Data center consolidation program

ISSUE: A multinational mobile operator was experiencing poor performance among their network of data centers due to new geographic acquisitions not aligning effectively.

SOLUTION: Base-lined all data centers, developed infrastructure reconfiguration options to deliver high performance service with standardized processes using ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Consolidated key functions within a centralized location and redistributed other functions amongst the global network in the most optimal locations.
